ROLE - Transformation Change Manager.
REPORTING TO - Head of Programme Delivery.
BASED - Leeds.
DURATION - perm.
Now THIS is an exciting opportunity to lead Change Management at an established, market-leading organisation who continue to invest heavily in technology and transformation.
THE ROLE HOLDER WILL:
Define and deliver programme change management practices, establish frameworks, and build a team of change professionals to drive business adoption.
Partner with colleagues to allocate resources effectively, undertake assurance activities, and implement strategies for managing the human side of change.
Maximise benefits, align projects with change requirements, and develop communication strategies.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
Develop and own a change management strategy based on the PROSCI framework.
Build, develop, and lead a team of Change Professionals to deliver the Group’s Transformation objectives.
Allocate change management resources in alignment with program and project goals.
Establish change management policies, standards, and practices for consistent use and compliance.
Review changes, identify conflicts, prioritise and coordinate changes, publish the change calendar to stakeholders.
Conduct assessments to understand business readiness for change.
Analyse current capabilities, culture, and potential barriers.
Identify and assess the impacts of change on stakeholders' business processes, systems, and organisational structures.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Change management methodologies such as PROSCI, ADKAR.
Team leadership skills to build the right capability across the team to deliver the Group’s Transformation Objectives.
Ability to identify stakeholders impacted by change, assess their needs, and develop tailored engagement strategies.
Capability to design and deliver training, workshops, and facilitate sessions to build awareness and skills.
Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to effectively convey change messages.
Strong networking and relationship building skills and the ability to establish trust and partnership with key stakeholders.
Understanding of risk management principles and practices to identify potential risks to change success and develop mitigation strategies.
Capability to inspire and motivate others and drive change initiatives.

Articulate a clear and compelling vision for the future state, inspiring and motivating stakeholders to embrace change.
Team Leadership - build a practice of change colleagues who are engaged with the transformation objectives.
Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with overall programme objectives.
Understand and acknowlede the concerns and emotions of stakeholders, building trust and rapport through active listening and open communication.
Maintain a positive attitude, adapting to changing circumstances, overcoming resistance, and driving the change process forward.
Foster a collaborative environment, work effectively with diverse teams, and promote teamwork and knowledge sharing.
