ROLE PURPOSE
The ERP Process Lead will provide functional and business knowledge and expertise to support the development and deployment of a new global ERP solution.
The Process Lead will assume responsibility for defining, designing, validating, accepting, and implementing the solution for their respective business areas, in collaboration with Group IT, relevant process executives and the ERP integration partner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in workshops to establish the detailed business requirements (functional, reporting, customisations, and technical integrations etc) for their area and collaborate with the ERP integration partner to develop and agree the detailed design of the system solution.
Consider end to end implications of any process choices and work with upstream and downstream stakeholders as required.
Consider organisational and process evolution possibilities in context of the new ERP solution.
Represent any deviation from standard (or recommended) process design and clearly articulate cost vs benefit of relevant process choices.
Define and develop new and enhanced business processes for all their business processes linked to the new system design.
Accountable for ensuring adequate process documentation is delivered and in line with Change Management guidelines.
Support the data cleansing and data migration process for their business area.
Collaborate with other process teams to define all roles and the associated authorisation/ security profiles for use within the system.
Manage key stakeholders (as defined by the stakeholder plan) and consult closely with the relevant Process Owners to ensure they are fully supportive of the solution.
Define and establish required workflows associated with their business processes.
Collaborate with the Data Management team, to validate the data loaded is accurate, clean, and complete (master data and transactional data).
Develop business test scripts for use across their business area and fully test (& sign off) the system (functionality, reports, integrations, customisations, data etc) at each stage of testing.
Lead the process to validate and socialise the solution with the wider business using ‘Show and Tell’ and ‘Day in the Life’ techniques and sessions.
Define and produce various forms of training material for their business area and deliver the training to the end user community.
Collaborate with the PMO and help develop the detailed cutover plans to go live.
Providing hyper care support at ‘go live’ to the wider business.
Sign off at various stages along the project against key deliverables including blueprint, data validation, UAT & business readiness.
Collaborate with internal audit as required, and provide all necessary information as part of the ongoing audit processes within the project.
Collaborate and support the ERP Organisational Change Manager to:
define the scale of change in their business area.
produce all process documentation for their business area to support the new solution being developed.
develop a process for measuring the benefits identified for their business area and
engage in the communications plan to keep all their key stakeholders and the wider business informed and engaged.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Demonstrable experience in a Process Lead / Business Process Lead / ERP Process Lead capacity.
Experience leading SMEs.
Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a global organisation.
Proficient with the use of Microsoft tools, applications, and IT equipment.
Proficient in document writing to support the blueprint/design documentation, training documentation & process documentation.
Ability to successfully represent their function/line of business to define, design, develop and deliver a working business system solution.
Experience with ERP implementation projects - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Expertise with either Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
Experience working within complex, preferably global (or at least national) organisations.
Ability to successfully work with key stakeholders such as Global Process Owners, Global ERP Steering Committee, Execs, Group Internal Audit etc.
Experience in Consumer, FMCG, Food/Beverage industry desirable but not essential.

TERM - 18 MONTH FTC WITH POTENTIAL TO TURN PERMANENT
START - JANUARY 2025 OR SOONER
TRAVEL - GLOBAL TRAVEL WILL BE REQUIRED
BASED - PONTEFRACT (MAIN HUB), OR POTENTIALLY FLEXI OFFICE SPACE IN SHEFFIELD, BARNSLEY, OR LEEDS
