I have partnered with a well known, growth-focused organisation in Yorkshire to lead the search
for a Head of Service Delivery.
ROLE
Head of IT Service Delivery
REPORTING TO
The role holder will report to the CIO and will be part of the extended leadership team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manage the Service Desk, 1st and 2nd line support, infrastructure support, and application
support teams across the group (multisite).
● Work closely with the IT leadership team to define, create, deliver, and maintain IT
service delivery policies and processes.
● Management of all IT governance.
● Adhere to ITIL processes where appropriate.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
● Demonstrable experience in a Service Management role.
● Demonstrable team leadership experience - creating, leading, developing and
supporting teams and individuals.
● Commercially minded.
● Collaborative mindset, with excellent communication and stakeholder management
skills.
● Continuous improvement mindset.
● Customer centric.
LOCATION
West Yorkshire.
HYBRID WORKING
There is a requirement to be onsite 3-4 days a week.
SALARY & PACKAGE DETAILS
● Base salary - c. £80,000.
● Car allowance.
