REPORTING TO


 The Director of IT will report into the CFO.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


● Lead a team of c.35 FTEs.

● Develop and drive the IT strategy - identifying opportunities for operational and service

improvements as well as opportunities for overall business growth.

● Oversee and ensure continuous delivery of all current IT systems and services.

● Build, maintain and develop robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure platforms.

● Assume responsibility for IT security, Data, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


● Demonstrable experience in an IT Director / leadership position.

● Significant team / management experience.

● Performance management experience.

● A strong leader who is comfortable rolling their sleeves up as well as presenting in the

boardroom.

● Proven experience creating and delivering IT strategies.

● Experience driving operational improvement projects, systems upgrades, migrations,

implementations.

● Experience managing third party suppliers.

● Budget / P&L responsibility.

● Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively

with all levels up to Board level.

● Ability and willingness to operate at pace in a high pressure environment.


DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


● Industry experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain may be an advantage.


LOCATION


Yorkshire.


HYBRID / FLEXIBLE WORKING


● Flexible, hybrid work supported. We would expect high visibility initially during the first 6

months.


SALARY & PACKAGE DETAILS


● Base salary to £100,000.

● Car allowance - £8,000.

● Bonus.
